Course Introduction:
Building on your Foundation-level knowledge, AgilePM Practitioner focuses on the practical application of Agile principles. You’ll explore Agile leadership, collaboration, and team dynamics while learning how to manage risks, track progress, and adapt Agile approaches for complex projects.
The course will help you to:
- Recall key AgilePM terms, concepts, principles and procedures
- Understand Agile principles and how they apply to projects
- Apply learnt concepts to real-world project scenarios
- Identify appropriate and inappropriate use of AgilePM principles
Course Description:
The following modules will be delivered:
- Team Structure and Way of Working
- Risk Management
- Risk Management and the AgilePM Approach
- Defining and Estimating the Work
- Responding to change over following a plan
- Delivery Planning
- The multi-team dimension
- Regulatory compliance
- Demonstrate control
At the end of the last day of course delegates can take the official AgilePM® Practitioner exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.

Prerequisites:
You must have passed the AgilePM v3 Foundation exam before sitting the Practitioner certification. For v2 certified studends ask our personnel for conversion course oportunities
Preparation in advance:
It is recommended that students should complete at least 21 hours of personal study by reviewing the syllabus and the AgilePM® Hanbook manual in advance of attending training for the certification.
Course activities:
- 2-3 hours of evening work is required in order to take the exam
- Classroom lecturing.
- Individual and group assignments.
- Exam preparation session
